Is ClassOrbit really free for small schools?
Yes. Schools with under 200 students use ClassOrbit free, including a yourschool.mindrevel.app subdomain. You only start paying as you grow beyond that.
How do parents and staff log in?
Each school gets its own private portal at yourschool.mindrevel.app. Your school admin shares the link and credentials with staff and parents. There is no public login on this website.
Can we accept online fee payments?
Yes. ClassOrbit supports both offline collection and online payments via Razorpay, with automatic balance tracking and receipts.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. On the Custom plan you can run ClassOrbit on your own domain (yourschool.com) instead of a subdomain.
How long does setup take?
Most schools are up and running within a day. On paid plans we help with onboarding and migrating your existing data.
